We look forward to receiving your rental application online at rentterraces.com. Once your completed application is received, the approval process will be completed in 24-48 hours in most cases. Our leasing professionals will walk you through the application process and are happy to answer any of your questions.
Our spacious kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave. We are committed to an open floor plan for both the living room and the kitchen! We offer granite countertops, a kitchen island, and a sitting area in the kitchen. Each unit also comes with its own washer and dryer!
Each of our townhomes is outfitted with a one car garage and a driveway. The driveway is designed to fit one or two vehicles, depending on their sizes.
Our location is part of the Mechanicsburg Area School District, including Broad Street Elementary School, Kindergarten Academy, Mechanicsburg Area Senior High School, Shepherdstown Elementary School, Elmwood Academy, Mechanicsburg Middle School, Northside Elementary School, Upper Allen Elementary school.
Yes, we do require all residents to purchase an insurance policy. We also recommend our third party provider, ResidentShield, as we've already done the work to negotiate the best rates!
Maintenance requests can be submitted through the resident portal. If you are a resident and do not have access to the portal, please contact your Properties team and we will send you the email link to sign up and/or gain access.
Yes! We have 24/7 emergency maintenance available. Residents must submit a work order through the residence portal and our team will respond within 24 hours of the request. We provide an emergency maintenance number at the time of move-in. They will be out to address the issue in an hour if it is an approved emergency.
